This list helps clinicians and practices prepare to apply as in-network providers for ABA and/or counseling (i.e., behavioral health). Our credentialing checklist includes necessary steps to complete prior to submitting credentialing applications, as well as tips on locating resources to efficiently prepare.

We have successfully credentialed as individual and group providers for various insurances since our inception.

Consultations are led by PBT's founder and behavior analyst, Heather, who has credentialed all of PBT's services and providers.

One-time consultation

$100

This one-time consultation is up to one hour. Your consultant will tailor the appointment to answer your questions and address specific concerns related to credentialing.

As-needed consultation

$50

After completing one of the above-mentioned package purchase additional consultation time as you need it!

Each additional consultation is up to 30 minutes.
