Insurance & Therapy coverage
For all of our therapy services we are in-network with the following private insurance carriers:
- Anthem
- Blue Cross and Blue Shield (including out of state and FEP)
- United, Optum, Oscar and similar subsidiaries
Our mental health therapists accept Aetna. Our counselor, Cassandra, also accepts Cigna.
We are also contract with and accept:
- Private pay or out-of-pocket payments
- Grants issued from Texas Education Agency (TEA) , such as Supplemental Special Education Services (SSES) grant
- Non-educational funds (NEF)
- School districts and private agencies
If we do not accept your insurance or you have non-traditional insurance, we still may be able to help. Contact us to discuss options.
Additional options:
- We offer superbills (i.e., itemized receipts), which you can submit directly to insurance to request partial reimbursement of your payments.
- We can receive payments from a Health Savings Account (HSA).

Additional information
- Referrals and/or authorizations may be required for therapies.
- Insurance generally requires an Autism diagnosis in order to cover services for ABA therapy.
