Consultation Services
PBT can consult with schools, daycares, community organizations, and other agencies to provide education, support, and training for specific individuals or groups.
Consultation may include:
- Recommendations for accommodations, how to address behavior needs, social-emotional learning, or how to improve speech and communication skills
- Formal assessments
- Feedback regarding Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Providing direct services to an individual or group
Staff Training
In order to best support all students, clients, families, and community members, sometimes additional, specialized training is beneficial and necessary.
Topics may include:
- Challenging behavior
- Autism
- Intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Data collection
- Social-emotional learning
- Trauma-informed approaches
- Toilet training
- Increasing caregiver buy-in

Data Analysis
This service is available for agencies wanting an in-depth, empirical understanding of behavior. PBT can examine behavior needs of individuals, groups, staff, or the agency as a whole. Thorough data analysis can increase effective decision-making and enable meaningful behavior change.
Our data analysis service can help identify:
- Triggers for specific behaviors
- Reasons these behaviors may continue over time
- Trends in individual and group behavior
- If interventions are successful
- Other areas of need or concern
- Consistency of procedure implementation
- Data collection effectiveness
