Heather founded Providence Behavior Therapy in 2019. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Texas. She's been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2009. Over the course of her career Heather has worked in various-sized private agencies as well as a state Deaf school.
Heather has provided behavior therapy and related services in clinics, homes, community settings (e.g., stores, parks, restaurants), schools, and daycares. She has worked with children, adolescents, and adults, specializing in toddlers through teenagers. Additionally, she has experience serving the Deaf/hard of hearing community. She has a Deaf+ child and has been learning and using American Sign Language (ASL) daily since 2015.
Heather completed her undergraduate degrees in Psychology and English at Aurora University in 2009 and graduated from Valparaiso University in 2011 with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. In 2013, she earned her ABA certificate from Florida Institute of Technology. She became a BCBA in 2014.

Tiffany joined PBT in December 2023. She is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). She has been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) field since 2020.
Tiffany has provided behavior therapy in clinics, homes, and schools. She has worked primarily with children, specializing in ages 2-11. She has experience working with non-speaking/non-vocal clients and using Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices.
Tiffany completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Texas A&M University in 2019. She graduated from Arizona State University in August 2023, with a master’s degree in Special Education with an Applied Behavior Analysis concentration.

Jacie joined PBT in March 2024. She is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and an American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter. She has been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) field since 2015 and in Deaf Education since 2018.
Jacie has provided behavior therapy in clinic and home settings. She also has provided interpreting services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing , including Deaf+/DeafDisabled students, within the public school system. She has worked with a diverse age range of children, from ages 2-19. Her work is primarily with Deaf and Hard of Hearing clients using ASL and non-vocal clients.
Jacie completed her degree in Interpreter Training at Baker College in 2012. She received her Board for Evaluation of Interpreters (BEI) license in 2017. She further received a 3.7 in her Educational Interpreter Performance Assessment (EIPA) for elementary age children in 2019. She became an RBT in 2023.
