Heather founded Providence Behavior Therapy in 2019. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Texas. She's been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2009. Over the course of her career Heather has worked in various-sized private agencies as well as a state Deaf school.
Heather has provided behavior therapy and related services in clinics, homes, community settings (e.g., stores, parks, restaurants), schools, and daycares. She has worked with children, adolescents, and adults, specializing in toddlers through teenagers. Additionally, she has experience serving the Deaf/hard of hearing community. She has a Deaf+ child and has been learning and using American Sign Language (ASL) daily since 2015.
Heather completed her undergraduate degrees in Psychology and English at Aurora University in 2009 and graduated from Valparaiso University in 2011 with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. In 2013, she earned her ABA certificate from Florida Institute of Technology. She became a BCBA in 2014.

Kaleigh joined PBT in April 2022. She is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). She has been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2020.
Kaleigh has provided ABA therapy in clinics, homes, and inclusive classrooms. She has primarily worked with children, specializing in 2-7 years old. She also has lived experience with her younger Autistic brother.
Kaleigh completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at Tarleton State University in 2020. She just graduated in December of 2022 with a Masters in Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. Kaleigh plans to sit for the behavior analyst certification exam in the fall of 2023.

Dana joined PBT in January 2023. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Texas. She’s been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2009.
Over the course of her career, Dana has provided behavior therapy and related services in schools, homes, community settings, and residential treatment centers. Dana is also a certified teacher and has most recently worked as a special education administrator and district behavior analyst. She has worked with children, adolescents, and adults, specializing in ages 5-18. Dana learned ASL through four years of education in high school, and has worked with deaf clients in the home setting and as a volunteer teacher at the Mampong School for the Deaf in Ghana.
Dana completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Texas A&M University and graduated from University of North Texas in 2011 with a degree in Special Education, specializing in emotional/behavioral disorders, transition, and traumatic brain injury. In 2019, Dana earned her certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from University of North Texas. She became a BCBA in 2022.

Katie has provided ABA therapy in clinics, homes, schools, and community settings (e.g., stores, parks). Prior to joining the field of ABA, she was a certified special education teacher at an elementary school. She taught in inclusive pre-kindergarten, Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE), and self-contained life skills classrooms. She has worked with young children to teenagers, but specializes in children aged 2-6 years old.
Katie completed her undergraduate degree in Special Education at Texas State University in 2011 and graduated from The University of Texas in 2019 with a Master’s degree in Special Education, specializing in Autism and developmental disabilities. Katie plans to sit for the behavior analyst certification exam in the fall of 2023.
