Esmeralda Cenquizca
Esmeralda joined PBT as our billing specialist in November 2022! She has been in the administrative field since 2008.
Esmeralda graduated from Gateway Technical College (GTC) in 2009 with an Associate's degree in Human Services and two endorsements in Office Assistant and Human Resources Management in 2013.
She has gained many skills and experiences since earning her degree at GTC. She volunteered as both a Youth Coordinator Assistant and Camp Leader at The Volunteer Center of Racine for two years, leading school-aged children through many adventures related to environmental and community wellness. She volunteered at senior homes spending time with them weekly and facilitating group visits. Esmeralda also worked at a YMCA child care center, caring for children as young as six weeks. Esmeralda developed empathy while working in the prison system with the alcohol and drugs abuse (AODA) population. She also worked at a women's domestic violence shelter where she led life skills groups, managed files, and answered the crisis line. Before coming to PBT, Esmeralda held an HR assistant position in which she translated/interpreted for Spanish-speaking coworkers, managed social media, and maintained a variety of administrative and Human Resources-related duties.
