Emma officially joined our team in January 2021! She is also our Director of Therapy Services. Emma is nationally certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) and a Texas-state licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP). She has been working as an SLP since 2013 in Texas. Emma has served clients in various sized and inter-disciplinary private practices.
During her professional career she has gained experience in the treatment and evaluation of children with a variety of communication disorders. Emma found her passion for speech and language therapy through learning American Sign Language (ASL) at Purdue University and working with the Deaf/hard of hearing community. Emma has experience supporting Deaf/hard of hearing clients and clients that are kids of deaf adults (KODAs). Additionally, she has worked with clients who utilize hearing aids, bone anchored hearing aids (BAHAs), and cochlear implants.
Emma completed her undergraduate degree in Speech Language and Hearing Sciences at Purdue University and received her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology with a minor in Audiology from the University of North Texas in 2013. She became a certified and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in 2014.

Stormy joined our team in November 2023. She is also our Director of Marketing! Stormy is nationally certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) and holds state licenses in Texas and Pennsylvania. She has worked in clinics, home health, and schools where she collaborated as part of an interdisciplinary team with BCBAs, occupational therapists, physical therapists, MDs, and other professionals.
During Stormy’s professional career, she has gained experience in the treatment and evaluation of children with speech, language, and feeding delays and disorders. She has gained significant experience working with children with complex communication needs, complex medical histories, and users of Alternative and Adaptive Communication (AAC) devices. She has worked with children with diagnoses and conditions including but not limited to autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, expressive/receptive language, articulation and phonology disorders, sensory feeding disorders, pediatric dysphagia (swallowing difficulties), aural habilitation and rehabilitation, deafness, cochlear implants, BAHA devices, and hearing aids. Stormy strives to provide high quality speech and language therapy services using trauma-informed and culturally responsive care.
Stormy found her love for speech-language therapy when working as home health aid with a teenager with developmental disabilities while completing her undergraduate degree in Foreign Languages at the University of New Mexico, which she completed in 2011. She later went on to receive her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Tennessee State University in 2017.
