Kristen Crossen, MSW, LCSW
Kristen joined PBT in November 2021! She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas. She's been in the field of mental health and counseling since 2009. Over the course of her career Kristen has worked at private agencies and various schools.
Kristen has worked extensively in schools. She has worked individually with students between the ages of 5 and 22, as well as families. Kristen has supported students at the Walden School (residential therapeutic and education program), The Learning Center for the Deaf, and the READS Deaf and Hard of Hearing program at the mainstream school as a School Counselor. She interned at Rochester School for the Deaf and Kendall Demonstration Elementary School as a School Social Worker. Kristen is Deaf and fluent in American Sign Language (ASL).
Kristen graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology in 2006 with an undergraduate degree in Social Work and minor in Psychology. In 2009, she graduated with her Master's degree in Social Work with a School Specialization from Gallaudet University.
